Keto, Paleo, no carbs, high fat, low fat, juicing, Points, Syns – confused? Yup it’s not surprising. The diet industry is a multi-billion dollar industry and want you to stay in a flux of confusion, so you keep returning, keep buying products and keep trying something simple.
Food doesn’t have to be complex, in fact once you know the simple no diet formula I teach, you’ll be surprised how easy it is to lose weight. There are only 2 things you need to worry about, how many calories you eat (this is science, you lose weight by being in a calorie deficit) and how much protein you need. Now the really cool thing is you don’t have to count either of these numbers to start losing weight.
Mindset
“I’ve just lost my mojo” is something I hear frequently. And I get it, I understand. You’re busy, work long hours, have a family, travel, live half the week in a hotel.You’re exhausted and don’t want to go to the gym, you want to start tomorrow.
But tomorrow never comes and you realise that instead of needing to lose 20lbs you need to lose 30lbs. I have one simple trick to help you get started, and once you know what it is, your motivation and confidence will come flooding back.

Worried that you’re going to have to spend an hour in the gym pounding the treadmill 5 days a week? Think that’s the best way to get results?Simply not so.When people ask me “What’s the best exercise for weight loss?” I ask them what they enjoy doing.
Yes, swimming, walking, Zumba class, start with whatever you love doing, and you’d be surprised how quickly things can change. Of course there are optimum methods but (forgive the pun) walking before you can run is a great starting point.
